I knew at some point we would meet.

A little bit about my journey. My spiritual journey began at 18 when I was diagnosed with cancer. Amazingly I beat it in 8 months. That was almost 25 years ago. Beating cancer led me down a path of healing.

I’ve always been a highly sensitive person. Most of my life I was plagued with anxiety, had skin issues, stomach aches and have even had my hair fall out three times, twice from stress and once from chemotherapy.

As a young girl I had big dreams.

As humans we want a lot of things.

As a young girl I wanted all the things.

In my late 20's I was excited.

I got all the things.

A six figure salary.

A luxury car.

First class trips to Europe.

Lay flat seats.

To dine and drink wine.

The Waldorf.

The Ritz.

A little later.

I doubled my income.

I bought a house.

California.

Great Friends.

Sunshine.

Music.

Adventure.

I had all the things.

Have you had all the things?

Except.

I was drowning.

It was devastating.

I want to tell you a secret.

I didn't have the one thing I really wanted.

I know you might want this too.

It evaded me for years.

But first, I want to tell you a little more about my journey.

I began studying. Reading a lot of books. Taking classes. Meditating. A year of sensory deprivation. A few years of psychedelic journeys. I learned reiki and sound healing. I practiced on myself and friends for years. Besides the knowledge I have about healing modalities and experience my biggest gift is that all my life people have told me they feel safe in my presence. Considering most people never feel seen and do the in between this is one of the best compliments I have ever gotten.

What does this mean for you? It means that I will hold a sacred and safe container for you. The private sessions I hold for my client’s are life changing.

I’ve always been passionate about helping people figure out how to improve their lives. For the past almost 6 years I’ve helped my client’s through coaching, sound healing + reiki + aromatherapy.
